This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The bottom has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!

Continued with WoW. Became more experienced with the existence of people. Now quit WoW because that is dead to me.
I'm now in a gaming community of joint nationalities of British and Swedish (the good type of Swedes, not the shallow stereotypes).
Graduated from Uni in Fine Art (Hons) with a 2:2. Currently volunteering doing admin work for a Charitable organisation, being unemployed and trying to establish myself as a self-employed artist.
I'm relived to be back in contact with you, as you were one of the few players I met in WoW that liked and respected.
Oh, I'm also progressively getting more and more bitter.
Hopefully I'm going to be setting up my own personal business website soon so I can use that instead of Deviant Art for portfolio-ing.
I see. What community is that? I myself is quite active at ModDB.com - which is a modding and game development -community. My uni studies didn't go to well: the school sucked, the programme sucked - and when I come to think of it pretty much everything else sucked. So after 4 years studying web dev and graphical design, and various other -shit- I moved to another town and started studying at a vocational school for game development (as a 3D artist). Things went very well there actually in contrary to how things were at my uni. Met lots of nice people and kinda re-discovered that some people are really nice and fun to hang out with. Last 6 months of my education I was recruited as a 3D artist intern by Avalanche Studios (creators of Just Cause) and I worked on Renegade Ops which was released last autumn. And then I hit a long period of unemployment - kinda like you. But things worked themselves out in the end and I found a job as a 3D artist for a mobile game developer here in Stockholm.
And you should definetly get yourself a portfolio. I would also recommend that you get yourself a LinkedIn -profile. It's like facebook but for your career. You can check out mine at: [link]
And you should definetly get yourself a pen tablet and start doing art in Photoshop.
It's www.fallen-gaming.com . It was founded by another Swedish person I met on WoW and had known for 9 months and other Swedish people of the same mindset. I joined them and enticed Nibbles, Pepperpants and their IRL mates to join as well. There's a myriad of games that we play and we use Mumble. The leader of the community plays SWTOR and has merged out SWTOR guild with our old Allied SWTOR guild into one guild, so we have new members.
I had problems with Uni too. I think you can remember what I went through in my first year of almost being kicked off due to unfavourable personal circumstances. I endured and in my last year I actually started to enjoy my course. The people who I shared a flat with I still didn't get along with sadly. Kind of people who enjoy making stupid noise at people-are-trying-to-get-to-sleep o'Clock.
I'm now back at home unemployed and on Jobseeking benefits. Trying to generate money so when my graduate account overdraft shrinks in September, I am safe. I work voluntarily to improve my CV and to do good in the world whilst working for no wage. I could do work experience in a company, but I don't want to work for free to line a business person's pockets. If I wanted to work for free, I would want to help the world in some way. Hence why I am volunteering in a charitable organisation.
I do have a pen and tablet but I find it hard to not being able to directly interact with the image. I find the disconnect of tablet surface and monitor odd.I just don't have enough practise using it. I am also on a part-time Advance Photoshop course where I am learning a lot of techniques. It focus more on photo manipulation, but, I can take away techniques and apply it to my own craft.
I'm just trying to get myself going. When I came home from Uni my mum was ill again, so that was really distracting and hard. She's 'better' now so I have space to get stuff rolling. I've submitted forms for art competitions and exhibitions, so, yeah, I have to wait and see. I'm off to a Family gathering for the weekend today, so I might be able to hand out my business cards and guilt-trip them into supporting me.
Hello Steve Yes it's been a very long time since the World of Warcraft -days. I've leveled up to a game developer since then - 3D artist actually What's been up in your life?
